1983 GMC Ice Cream Delivery

         This a small Ice Cream Freezer truck with a Johnson full foam fiberglass body that was originally owned by Tombstone Pizza Company. It was used by Rutters Ice Cream Company to deliver ice cream to picnics, pickup popsicles from suppliers and run small ice cream orders to its customers.

         I bought it for my collection with the idea to show another means of refrigeration, body construction, insulation and delivery of dairy products even though this is not a Stand & Drive truck. It represents another phase of service and delivery of Dairy products.
